This super cute whimsy 3D Marshmallow man floating in a cup of hot chocolate will be sure to brighten up any spot in your home during the holidays.
My mini sign to of this doorhanger is my best seller so I wanted to make a doorhanger to match.
The base is an 18″ circle cut from 1/4″ baltic birch. It is painted white on front and black on back for a finished look. All artwork ( 1/8″ mdf) is laser cut (meaning the the cup, the hot chocolate, his arms, bowtie, candy cane and snowflakes) on this doorhanger giving its 3D look.
This sign is handpainted in reds and whites and the snowflakes are glittered white and his bowtie is glittered black. All artwork is then glued securely onto the base.
It has a Red and white polka bow on top to match.
It hangs with a coordinating black silk ribbon.
It is finished off with a protective sealant. If hanging outdoors, I highly recommend putting it under a covered area to protect from the elements so that your marshmallow doorhanger will last for years to come.
